Daniel Carl "Danny" Hill
Passed away on May 30, 2018
Tybee Island, GA. – Daniel Carl Hill died peacefully on May 30th, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born, September 25th, 1952 in Atlanta GA, and lived in Georgia and West Virginia before moving to Tybee Island.
Danny dedicated his life to supporting his family, friends and community. He was a loyal and loving husband and father. As a leader he inspired with strong ethics and a deep faith in God. His kindness, generosity and laid-back attitude was known to all his friends and there are many! The impact he made throughout his life, will always be remembered and celebrated.
He is proceeded in death by his sister and brother Joyce and Roger. Surviving are his wife Rev’d Deacon Susan Hill, his daughter and son-in-law Tateum and Christian Chatfield and daughter and daughter-in-law Haley and Christina Hill, and brothers Leonard, Bobby and Gordon Hill.
All are welcome to the requiem service at 2pm on June 8th, at All Saints Episcopal Church. A reception to honor Danny will be June 9th from 2-4pm at American Legion Post 154.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made in his memory to the Tybee Island YMCA, the Sons of The American Legion Post 154, or All Saints Episcopal Church.

I'm sorry for your loss. Death is very painful to all of us. However we find comfort in Gods Word The Bible. I enjoy Isaiah 25:8 where Jehovah promises to do away with death. This scripture has brought many comfort. I hope it has brought you comfort as well.
